Norway welcomes us back

It was literally a breath of fresh air to be back in Norway after too long a gap created by the pandemic. With two fresh faces in the band we were in unknown territory yet our ardent fans in Stavanger made it absolutely clear they loved the show, as did they in Trondheim where a temporary evacuation took place after the fire alarm was set off in the kitchen. With bags of humour we returned to the stage to resume where we were before the sound of the claxon. Clearly the Norwegians have missed live entertainment in general and Smokie in particular, but that is now put right and there are many shows still in the pipeline.
